 Hi everyone, I'm Chyanne Thomas, founder at Be H.E.R Coaching. As a proud US Army Veteran, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, I cherish the essence of being a woman and our incredible journey towards greatness. Life has taken me through a rollercoaster of experiences - the highs, the lows, and everything in between. While our life stories are unique, the themes often resonate with a familiar tune. Inspired by my journey (that continues), I am deeply committed to helping others persevere and thrive. Let's keep on keeping on together.  I try my best to be an open book, it keeps me humble and human.  I do not have all of the answers; I still fumble people and situations, but I have a very high level of self-awareness.  It is this awareness that inspires me to live boldly and empower fiercely.
